The copyright to pictures marked with the licence note “no licence so far” most likely rests with the Sorbian Institute, the Sorbian Central Library and the Sorbian Cultural Archive Budyšin (Bautzen).

It is planned to release them under a Creative Commons licence, once the copyright assumptions prove to be accurate. During the clarification process the usual legal provisions concerning copyright protection apply.
