The copyright to pictures marked with the licence note “no licence” rest with their specified respective proprietors who have consented to these pictures being presented on SORABICON. Any further use is not permitted. For further arrangements please contact the rightholders directly or refer to their official web pages. Legal provisions concerning copyright protection apply.

The copyright to pictures marked with the licence note “no licence so far” most likely rest with the Sorbian Institute and its sub-corporations Serbska centralna biblioteka, Budyšin/​Sorbische Zentralbibliothek, Bautzen, and Serbski kulturny archiw, Budyšin/​Sorbisches Kulturarchiv, Bautzen. There are plans to release them under a Creative Commons licence, once the copyright assumptions prove to be accurate. During the clarification process the usual legal provisions concerning copyright protection apply.
